Real-time queue management

A virtual queue with each visitor's position, the estimated wait, and changes that land on every screen at once.

With priority for elderly, pregnant, disabled and veteran visitors, and transfers between categories that keep their place.

Built on WhatsApp’s official API
Welcomy's real operator panel: the live queue, quick actions and today's totals for a branch.
A visitor's real ticket screen: their number, the estimated wait and the WhatsApp opt-in.

Built for banks, clinics, and anywhere people wait

Waiting-room screen and kiosk

The kiosk hands out the ticket and the screen calls it out loud and large, with a QR to follow along from a phone and PIN-protected logout so nobody closes the screen by accident.

WhatsApp, end to end

You tell them when their turn is near, and they can take a ticket over chat with nothing to install. Built on Meta's official API. From the Starter plan.

Tomorrow, before it happens

A volume forecast per hour with its confidence band, the number of desks that demand asks for, and an automatic flag when the day breaks its own pattern. Read off your own history — no black box.

Public API and webhooks

Wire Welcomy into your own systems: a versioned REST API, machine credentials, a log of every call, and webhooks for what happens in the queue. From the Business plan.

Priority queue, built in

Every branch has its own rules.

Elderly, pregnant, disabled and veteran visitors get priority automatically, and a ticket can move between categories without losing its place in line.

Start free

Five ways in. One queue.

Your visitor enters however suits them — the kiosk, their phone, a chat, a booking, or the till. Everything lands in the same virtual queue, on the same screen, with the same live status.

The kiosk

They walk in, enter their ID, pick the service, and take the ticket. Each category has its own queue, its own desks and its own team.

Their own phone

They scan the QR on the door or on the screen and take the ticket from their phone. Nothing to install, and they follow their position from the street.

WhatsApp

They write to the WhatsApp number and get the ticket in the chat — over Meta's official API, no app and no form. From the Starter plan.

A booking, ahead of time

From your own booking page they pick a slot and arrive to a spot already held, with a WhatsApp reminder before the appointment. From the Starter plan.

The till

No kiosk and no line: the cashier rings up the order and creates the ticket at that moment. The customer follows it from their phone and is told when it is ready.

Calling, attending and measuring — from any screen

  1. Call the next one

One tap. The screen announces the number and the desk, out loud and large, and every other screen updates at the same instant.

  2. Move it without losing its place

Wrong category? Send it to the right one keeping its place in line — nobody goes back to the end because someone pressed the wrong button.

  3. Close it with the reason

Attended, no-show or cancelled, with a note attributed and dated. That is what later becomes the abandonment and SLA numbers.

  4. Read what happened

Nine analytics views, a peak-hours heatmap, the satisfaction survey the visitor answers, and the AI reading back what they wrote in it.

No line at all: they pay, and we call them

Some businesses do not have a queue — they have a counter. The customer pays, walks away, and comes back when the order is ready. Welcomy has a mode built for exactly that.

A food-court counter: the cashier rings up an order on a tablet, a customer waits at a café table checking her phone, and another collects his bag from the pickup shelf.
  1. The cashier rings up the order

At the moment of payment, on the same screen where they charge. No kiosk, no printer, nothing extra to buy.

  2. The customer follows it from their phone

They leave with a link to their order instead of standing in front of a screen across the food court, watching for their number.

  3. One tap says "ready"

The screen calls it, and the customer gets the notification wherever they are. They come back once, at the right moment.

You choose it when you create your account, and the whole product adapts: the cashier gets their own dashboard, the counter its own role, and you still get the same analytics as everyone else.

Let's talk

USD amounts are indicative and approximate: they are calculated when the page is published, not at the time of your purchase. Charges are always made in guaraníes; if your card is in another currency, your bank converts at its own rate and applies its own fees.

What everyone asks before starting

And if what you need to know is not here, ask us — we answer in Spanish, from Paraguay.

Do I need to buy hardware?

No. Welcomy runs in the browser on what you already have: a phone or tablet as the kiosk, any screen with a browser as the waiting-room display, and the computer at the counter for the operator. If you later want a dedicated kiosk or a bigger TV, it works the same — but nothing is required to start.

How long does it take to set up?

An afternoon for a single branch. You create the account, load your branches, your service categories and your desks, and you are handing out tickets. There is nothing to install and nothing to migrate — a queue starts empty.

Do my visitors need to install an app?

Never. They take their ticket from the kiosk, from a QR with their own browser, or over WhatsApp, and they follow it from a link. There is no app to download on either side of the counter.

What happens if the internet goes down?

The queue lives on the server, so nothing is lost: when the connection comes back, every screen resyncs to the same state. While it is down, the operator can keep calling from any device that still has signal — a phone on mobile data is enough to keep the branch moving.

Is the WhatsApp the official one?

Yes. Messages go out over Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform with approved templates, from a dedicated WhatsApp number — not a bot plugged into someone's personal phone that gets banned in a week. Paid plans include a monthly message allowance; WhatsApp is not included on Free.

What happens to the messages I do not use?

Each branch has its own allowance, not one shared pool: the oldest one carries the plan's allowance, and every additional branch brings its own. The allowance is monthly — it renews with each cycle, and whatever you did not use does not roll over to the next month. If a branch runs short, you can top it up with an extra message package: it is bought for that specific branch, is not part of the plan allowance, and remains valid for 12 months from purchase. Each branch's balance is always visible inside the application.

What happens to my visitors' data?

It is yours. Each account is isolated from every other one, we never sell it or share it for commercial purposes, and visitor records are anonymized after two years. You can export your data while the account is active. The full detail is in our Privacy Policy.

Can I really stay on the Free plan?

Yes, and with no card. Free does not expire and it is not a trial: one branch, three desks, three users and up to 50 tickets a day, for as long as it works for you. You move to a paid plan when you open a second branch or outgrow the daily volume — not when a countdown ends.

How do I pay, and can I cancel?

In guaraníes, monthly or yearly, by card through Adams Pay. If your card is in another currency the charge still goes out in guaraníes and your issuing bank does the conversion at its own rate for the day, which is why the US dollar amounts on this site are indicative. By default payment is manual: before each due date we email you the link to pay for the next period and remind you; if you prefer, you save a card and it is charged automatically (automatic debit). You cancel renewal yourself from your settings whenever you want: the plan stays active until the end of the cycle you already paid, with no penalty and no phone call.

How is it different from an appointment-booking app?

An appointment app orders the people who booked a time slot. Welcomy is a queue management system: it puts everyone who walks in into one virtual queue — visitors take a ticket at the kiosk, from the QR code at the door or over WhatsApp, follow their place from their phone, and the waiting-room screen calls them by number and by voice. The operator calls, transfers or marks no-shows from a live panel, with priority for older adults, pregnant women and people with disabilities. Online bookings exist too, but they join that same queue: the appointment is one more way in, not the whole product.

Built where the queue hits hardest

Welcomy was born in Asuncion, Paraguay — where long queues at banks, government offices, and clinics are part of daily life. We decided to change that.

We saw people losing hours in lines that could be managed in minutes. Welcomy is our answer: a platform that brings real-time intelligence to queue management, so businesses can serve better and people can wait less.

People First

Every feature starts with the person waiting. Technology should serve patience, not test it.

Data-Driven

Decisions backed by real analytics. From peak hours to staffing — we let the numbers lead.

Accessible

Built for businesses of all sizes. From a single desk to multi-branch operations.
